Molly: Come on , come on, refresh!

Darryl: Nothing on the school website or the local news' accounts. What is taking so long?!

Joanie Pataky: Good morning! I'm Joanie Pataky, I know all you kids at home are watching to see which schools are closed so let's get down to business. Snow business. Perfektborg... closed! Mewline... closed! Oconohaw, closed! Closed... closed... closed! And... That's it.

Molly: What?! No! That's every town around us!

Joanie Pataky: Hold on a tick. We've got late‐breaking news! There's also a snow day for... Brighton!

Molly and Darryl: Snow day!

Darryl: I'm going out to play with Becca and Charlie! Whoo!!

Libby: Hi, this is‐‐

Molly: Libby! Snow day! Get over here! Scratch!

Inside dollhouse[]

Molly: Oh, Scratch!

Scratch: Oh, no‐no‐no‐no‐no! I was just about to eat my dream waffles!

Molly's Room[]

Molly: I'm glad you're up!

Scratch: You know that whole "Rest in Peace" thing? You're ruining that for me.

Molly: Sorry, bud, this couldn't wait because today is a snow day! This, my good Scratch, is a list of all the fun things we have to do on a snow day! Let me paint you a picture.

Scratch: Hmph.

Molly: We've got sledding...

Scratch: Why am I the one pushing?

Molly: We got snow ball fights!

Scratch: Why am I juggling? You know I don't even know how to juggle.

Molly: We got snow cones made from real snow.

Scratch: Tell me this lemon.

Molly: And that's just the beginning of the list! Aren't you so excited?!

Scratch: No! Mm. It looks cold out there.

Molly: Sorry, Scratch. But you're gonna have to get on board 'Cause Libby's coming over, and y'know, once she's here, it'll be two versus one. Majority rules! That's just 'Friendship Law'.

Scratch: Jeez, you always have to have your way, don'cha?

Molly: It's my most charming trait!

Scratch: Is it?

McGee Home[]

Libby: It's cold, Molly. Real cold.

Scratch: [screams] Oof!

Molly: Okay, so there's a slight wind chill‐‐ but we have to spend the day outside! That's what snow days are about!

Libby: Or maybe we just spend the day doing hygge instead?

Molly: Hoo‐goo‐what now?

Libby: Oh, It's the Danish art of being comfy‐cozy! Hygge is about staying warm in front of a blazing fire, snuggling under a fluffy blanket and hanging out with your best pals while drinking hot cocoa!

Molly: Oh, sorry, Libs but Scratch and I are really set on tackling this snow day list so... uh, two against one!

Scratch: Ah‐ah‐ah! Wait‐wait‐wait. Libby, my dear friend, I think you just might be on to something. I love the idea of hygge! You know how much I love getting comfy.

Molly: Well, maybe we could do that on a different non‐snow day but‐‐

Scratch: So, Libby wants to do hygge. And I want to do hygge. I mean, I'm not great at math, but I think we've got two‐guh for hygge versus you‐guh. And majority rules, right, Molly?

Molly: Yes.

Scratch: Perfect! I love democracy!

Libby: Come on, Molly, give hygge a chance.

Molly: But... my snow day...

Molly's Room[]

Molly: [sighs] I gotta get someone on my side. But who? [gasps] Of course!Oh, boy, I sure wish Geoff the ghost were here. J‐E‐F‐‐

Geoff: Oh, oh, oh, easy mistake to make, Molly. Don't you worry. It's actually G‐E‐O‐‐

Molly: ‐‐F‐F, yeah I know. I have a very important job for you!

McGee Home[]

Molly: Okay, Geoff, just like we rehearsed.

Geoff: Don't worry, I'm a convincing actor. You know, I played Abe Lincoln in a school presentation once!

Molly: Yes, I was there. Go!

Geoff: Hello, Scratch and Libby! Now that I, Geoff‐‐ G‐E‐O‐F‐F, is here, there are four friends!

Scratch: How convenient.

Geoff: Huh. I sure would love to go outside. Yup, that would be my choice for how we, as a group, spend the day.

Libby: I guess that makes this two‐versus‐ two.

Molly: Wow, how do we break a tie like this? Ooh, I know! Let's consult the Friendship Handbook! Ah! Yes, here it is! Article 62. Whoever is wearing the most colors right now gets to decide! And, uh, okay, let's see here‐‐ One, two, three, four, five... Ooh, would you look at that? It's me! And if I'm deciding the tiebreaker, I really think we should go out‐‐

Scratch: Uh, Molls, you might want to check that math again.

Molly: Geoff, how could you?!

Geoff: [sighs] I'm sorry! But have you tried this cocoa? I mean, my outsides and insides are warm. Now come here, buddy, let's snuggle!

Molly: Hey, three friends. I've gathered a group of four and we talked about it and‐‐

Sharon: Talked about what...?

Molly: ...we've decided we'd like to go spend the day outside doing all of my fun snow activities! So it looks like you guys have been outvoted. Majority rules!

Scratch: Well, if that's how you guys all really feel. Hm. Such a shame, though. I mean... [inhales] I know how much Sharon loves sitting in front of a warm fire basking in the glow of good company.

Sharon: It speaks to something deep in my soul. Hygge...

Scratch: And I know that Pete here has never said no to a s'more.

Pete: Once I have one, I want s'more ...

Scratch: He wants s'more. [laughs] ...he says it‐‐ it never gets old, Pete.

Pete: Come on, Molly, join us. Enjoy the hygge.

Molly: No! This is a snow day! We have to experience the snow! Fine! Then I'm gonna go outside to play with Darryl and his friends. Okay?! [sighs]

Molly: It's snow‐time!

Darryl: Too cold out there! Ahh!

Molly: Okay, last chance to hop aboard the snow day train. All right? Choo‐choo. Anybody? Anybody?! Looks like I'm going out on my own then!

Scratch: You're good, Scratch. Truly, an excellent friend. Mwah! Nope! Too cold out here. I hate it.

Molly: Scratch, Libby, I owe you both an apology. I should've been a better friend and listened to what you wanted to do.

Libby: [chuckles] Aw, hoog it out, Molly!

Molly: Ooh, this is pretty nice. I would like to never leave this blanket, please!
